How are matches ranked?
Each agency earns points for matching your specialty, geographic focus, housing preference, pay, recruiter quality, nurse rating, and must-have benefits. The dimension you say matters most is weighted more heavily. Agencies missing a data point are never penalized — they simply can't earn points on that axis.
